Craig J. Springer
Craig J. Springer joined Cross & Simon, LLC in 2011, focusing his practice primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and corporate bankruptcy. Before joining Cross & Simon, Craig was an attorney at a New York law firm, practicing in the commercial litigation department representing large financial institutions and hedge funds.
Craig received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware in 2006, where he studied Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. While attending Widener, Craig was the Managing Editor of the law review for The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Craig started his legal career as a law clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware for the Honorable Kevin Gross.
Craig is admitted to practice in Delaware, New York and New Jersey. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and American Bar Association. Craig currently resides in Pennsylvania, and is looking forward to getting married to his fiancé Sarab in June 2012.
